Healing is an act of communion.”

My Collective Offerings

  • Support Groups / Open Studio

Support groups allow people to come together & share their stories, experiences, and lives in a way that helps reduce isolation and loneliness. In contrast to psychotherapy groups (which are more structured in nature and designed to offer psychoeducational materials to influence positive change), support groups are designed to help members cope, connect and heal through community.

  • Arts-Based Psychotherapy Groups

These are structured, closed groups that meet for a set amount of weeks w/ the same participants each time. These groups are designed to address and explore specific goals through art-making and verbal sharing. They are skills-oriented and process-based, meaning the goal is to help you explore your inner world in connection with others & build a treasury of coping skills to help you achieve your goals.

  • Workshops & Classes

These offerings provide specialized knowledge around various creative healing techniques, offered as either a one-time service or an ongoing series. Curriculum is customized according to your specific needs, and can range from interactive and activity-based to lectured-focused sessions. Previous examples include: Mindful Photography; Self-Care through Creative Expression; and Soothing Burnout.
